Vip ta Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Vip ta (https://vipta.app) is an online Sports Betting and analysis platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between vip ta and all its users ("you" or "member").

By using vip ta's website, mobile app, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using vip ta.

Vip ta reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

A registered account is required to place bets or make any financial transactions on vip ta. You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account.

One Account Per Person

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of vip ta's policy, and all associated accounts may be permanently closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be considered void.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the vip ta support team immediately.

• Keep the information provided during registration accurate and up to date.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place bets on vip ta. Use of vip ta by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

The following individuals are not eligible to use vip ta:

• Any individual under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Users whose accounts have been previously and permanently closed by vip ta.
• Vip ta employees and their immediate family members.

Before placing any bet on vip ta, read the specific rules for each event carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, though vip ta reserves the right to make decisions in certain circumstances.

Odds & Results

All odds are set at the value confirmed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change rapidly during live betting. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vip ta reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded to the user's account. However, if at least 90 minutes or the designated duration of play has been completed, the result may be considered valid.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event.
• Single bets, multi bets, and system bets are all supported.
• Parlay bets on related selections within the same event are not permitted.
• Accounts will be investigated if fraudulent activity or unusual betting patterns are detected.

Vip ta currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. If you experience any issues with a transaction, contact support within 24 hours.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000.
• Vip ta may suspend payments and investigate any suspicious transactions.

Vip ta regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Wagering Requirements

Withdrawing bonus funds requires a specified wagering requirement to be met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before this condition is fulfilled.

• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or attempting to manipulate the system may be permanently closed.
• Vip ta reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, vip ta's decision is final.

Vip ta believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. We are committed to responsible betting and encourage all users to set their own limits.

Vip ta may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or commit fraud.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity.

Vip ta reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes.
